I have a wireless HP mouse product #GT909AA and the buttons work fine but the pointer won't move and the red "laser" indicator on the bottom of the mouse isn't lit up. this mouse has worked in the past and when fully functional the light on the bottom would light up and the light on the USB wireless relay would be lit up. what can i do?

Try replacing the batteries. Wireless mice do funky things when the batteries are low.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My mouse is plugged in, but is not moving?

There can only be 2 ways. Either receiver button first and then one under mouse or visa versa.

Wireless Mouse a Problem

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud
