The configuration you have described will produce noise if you expect adequate cooling for the processors.

If you require further advice, I suggest that you provide details of the cooling solutions you have installed so far.

Unable to add more match RAM using secondary slots

You need the motherboard manual to make sure it can take more.
It may only accept 4 gig. For example: 2 x 2 gig strips or 4 x 1 gig strips.Or you may need to use single sided ram boards, chips on only one side. I know some motherboards do.

I have a 4 gig card in my camera. the camera only records in 2 gig segments. When it switches to the second segment the video goes white and you can't see the video anymore. what could be causing this?

sounds like it is not finished processing the first video. processing power in cameras is usually pretty low, so it is probably just being overwhelmed and needs more time to finish the previous action.

AMD Athlon 64x2 brisbane 2.9 ghz fans too loud now WHAT TO DO!!!

If you have no heating problems, and you used good cooling paste ,for resplace the CPU ,only loud problems, you can leave the original copper core cooling fan.first reset the pc, when you see the Welcome window of the motherboard (ASUS FOXCOMM, BIOSTAR ECT) click delete repeatedly, you will enter the bios setup, very carefully, only looking for (cool and quiet) and check this, you can also need to check the CPU temperature ,,normal is 35 C to 45 C ,(if the temperature is over 50 C,reistall the CPU and used new cooler paste) ,then you give scape. save the changes and restart the PC, now the motherboard fan speed controlled, as required, only spun faster when you really need to cool the prossesador, such as a very graphical game ect, really going to notice a big change cpu fan sound, if that cool and quiet and had been activated o this is a factory PC like DELL ,ACER ,ect ,and have no change, you can buy a new cpu fan on e-bay very cheap, like factory amd 64x2 6000 cpu fan and for no will have more trouble

Noisy piece of "Dell" lol

That's a confusing description of the events charles.

Have you identified the cause of the original problem - the dead caps? Is Over Voltage a possibility - have you verified the stability of the PSU?

Apologies if I've misunderstood.
