Posting a problem with your POS Samsung washer here is a waste of time! UII currently have the same problem a lot are having with this not draining nd code and I AM NOT going to pay for a tech to tell me that I have to have a guy come in to take my washer apart. I will do it myself!

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Try all of this first!
Here are my complete and generic guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!). These panels are either held on by (plasic) screws or will just pull off. Most filters are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT (alternatively use a wet vac as sensibly suggested by VinnyB1234!)
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

You need to check the drain filter located in front of the machine at the bottom, behind a trim panel or a service door. If the problem occurs again the machine is faulty and must be repaired. Parts such as drain system, drain pump, pressure switch and control panel may be responsible for drain problems.
Check the position of the drain hose. Ensure that the height is as specified by the manual or you get siphoning and drain does not end.
Access the drain filter. With most front loaders this located in front at the bottom in a corner, there should be a trim or an access panel.Top loaders have an access panel at the back, or more commonly the pump is accessed from underneath, bending the appliance on one side and securing it.
The machine has a pressure switch. It is a sensor connected to a long thin rubber hose. The pressure switch is often in control assembly. Clean the hose and the switch. One way to test the pressure switch is by blowing into the switch, but manufacturers say this must not be done as you can damage a good switch. The pressure switch is difficult to test in full. Testing is done either reading voltages while machine is working or reading Ohms at the switch with tub empty and full. For safety reasons I suggest users to avoid performing tests or maintenance that must be done with power on.
Here a page about drain/spin problem.
Start checking drain hose and drain filter. If machine is a front loader the drain filter access is located behind the door at the front bottom side of the machine.
If you need parts see this tip explaining how to find parts and diagrams for most appliances: Where do I find parts and diagrams for my appliance?

SOURCE: No power to drain pump
Take the front top panel off, usually held on by a few screws, be careful not to pull to far away from machine. Check to make sure all wires are okay(not fried) and that all screws and clips are tightly connected. Sometimes the agitation can loosen the connections inside the control panel, especially if your machine is not balanced properly
