If you can get me model and serial numbers, I might be able to get the info you need.

Every unit is different. The make and model need to be identified in order to get a new wiring diagram.

Daikin split system air con dead

Split system Air conditioners are very often on two or more separate breakers, with a control voltage (24vac commonly) connecting their operation. the condensor unit and out-door fan generally on a 220 vc 'paired' breaker, possibly a quick disconnect near the unit with fuses inside, or an independant breaker pair, and the evaporator unit with INDOOR fan on a 110 or 220 vac breaker.

switch the fan to 'ON' at the thermostat... this is the midpoint of the system electrically. If the fan comes on check for voltage at the condensor unit. a check to see if the thermostat is the problem... remove the thermostat and connect the red, green and either the white or yellow wires (not both) if you chose white you should have heat...yellow AC...

most split system AC have a small buss fuse on the control circuit board of the indoor unit. looks like a glass tube with metal caps held by metal clips. In 40+ yrs experience I have found it is more likely one or both of the 30 amp buss fuses near the outdoor unit (replace both even if one is still ok) or a 30 amp breaker in the quick disconnect box.
In many systems the control voltage to the thermostat derives from a transformer in the outdoor unit... it could be as simple as a broken wire. Without a full diagnostic, a complete description of the unit ( AC or heat pump, etc) this is all speculation

The control board on my furnace is blinking 5 times. What does 5 blinks mean? Also what do 6 blinks mean?

What make/ model is your furnace? Do you have the wiring diagram to the unit? Usually on the inside of the heater panel on a split unit where the heater is in one location and the outside unit (condensor) is outdoors.

Dakin outdoor fan always running in my split system

This is a low voltage short in wiring. You will need to divide and conquer the low voltage wires until you find it. I could be a control board but most often it's the wiring.

Panasonic cs-pw9gke i need wiring diagram

Split A/C-Cold:

You need four wires(two #10 and two #12) to the outdoor unit, leaving you house, and three wires(#10) coming from the breaker to tye indoor unit inside your house.

Split A/C-Cold and Hot:

You need five wires(two #10 and three #12) to the outdoor unit, leaving your house, and thee wires(#10) coming from the breaker to your indoor unit inside your house.

This ypical arrangment(all of them use three wires fro the breaker), yet there are other units which may require 6-7 wires connected to the the outdoor unit depends on the added features to the unit.

Ruud A/C condensor unit won't come on

It sounds to me that the wire going to y2 on the furnance coming from the thermostat was not wired back up this is the wire that supplies control voltage to the contactor on the condensing unit. I would call the installer who changed the furnace out back to remedy this problem.
