I'm having trouble logging on to Internet Explorer.

Everytime I log on to the internet using Internet Explorer the screen will come up and as it is beginning to load it will shut off..........also I am now getting on to the internet using MSN but I still can't download anything......To give you an example, When I bring up Limewire and try to download the program the lanuage isn't in english. I hope that you can be of some assist's in helping to resolve this problem that I am having.
