Question about Televison & Video
TV has a 1 1/2inch horizontal bar that distorts the picture at the top of the TV screen. Could the vertical hold be out of adjustment? If so, how does one adjust the vertical hold?
The problem started after a power outage; the cable repairman says it is not a cable problem (another TV set in the living room was not affected). Could it be another problem?
To me its sound like your on the right track. there isnt a physical vertical hold adjustment. more than likely the vertical hold ic has failed. send me your email addy to email@example.com and i will be more than glad to email you a service manual
