I have a panasonic viera plasma tv model number TC-P60U50, where on tv do I put brackets to mount to the wall?

You will need to purchase a suitable wall mount separately. (You'll need one for LARGE TVs.) On the back of your TV set you'll see there are 4 holes in the lower-central region of the rear panel. They are about 20" apart (left-right) and about 12" apart (up-down) These should match up with the bracket that comes with your wall mount. You will need M8 metric screws that are about 1.25" long. These will also be included with the wall mount. (Which will include some general directions for wall mounting.)

Here is a manual for your TV:

"RCA manual instruction" is not a model number. But as long as the TV has wall bracket fixing holes and a removable table stand then yes, it can be wall mounted

WHERE ARE THE BOLT FIXINGS ON THE REAR OF THE T.V

If they are there they should be hard to miss--Google the model number for the owner "manual" or if you have it read it. Most not only show the mounts but where they connect to the set.
