Question about Canon EOS Rebel G 35mm SLR Camera

1 Answer

Canon EOS Rebel G

I've had this camera for a couple years now but only used it for like 4 rolls of film.  It will not work- will not focus- or anything.  I read the manual and lined up the red dots while putting the lens on but it still does not work properly.  I am not sure what is wrong with it.  Please if you can help me contact me.  Chinnstreasure@aol.com

Very dark pictures

hi melissa,
your problem is the focusing areas, im sorry that I do not know how to turn it off, the rectangle you see is the area is focusing on, and the darkness is what the camera doesnt focus on, try reading the manual, or turning it off yourself.

Canon EOS Rebel S taking bad pictures

Your camera has a faulty shutter or shutter timer.

Given that you can buy a perfectly good Rebel S for anywhere between £1 to £25 on Ebay it's not economical to repair it.

Canon EOS Rebel K2 constant low battery indicator light

Canon also uses the low battery Icon as a generic error code. Try taking the lens off the camera. If this fixes the problem the lens needs a repair (most likely the aperture unit). If not then the camera needs the repair (either the shutter or dc-dc converter circuit).

Pictures are not turning out REBEL Ti

If your film's ISO speed is relatively high (say, above ISO 200 or 400) and you're shooting in bright light, your camera's shutter/aperture won't be able to compensate for the light. In that case, using a slower film is the solution.
