Find the files for the program somewhere in the "Program Files" directory. If you have a shortcut to the program, you can get to the files by right-clicking the program icon and selecting properties. From the properties window, push the "Find Target" button. Look in that directory for an Uninstall executable or maybe a setup file. If there isn't one, you will have to manually uninstall. You can delete all the files there, but the program info will remain in the registry. You can then find a freeware registry cleaner if you want to fix the registry (not necessary). OK?
