ESP5 printer not printing photo's on glo...

I have a Kodak ESP5 printer and IMAC running OS 10.5. I've just downloaded and installed the latest Kodak driver and s/w too.

When I print a colour photo on glossy paper, the image comes out almost like a negative, ie the black is white and vice versa. However, if I turn the exct same piece of paper around and print on the non glossy side, the colours appear perfect. Confused.....VERY

- I have an HP c4480 and when i print on the glossy side it looks like a water color negative and if a print on regular paper it comes out fine- b_rbnsn

Hi there,

Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
restart the computer
try to download drivers from the website
after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.
