SOURCE: need bootloader 06.A3, Err:a5,69,35,00,2E

This is an internal software error. If your phone is less than 1 year old you can get it replaced at no charge from your provider. If it is over 1 year old you would need to use your insurance if you have that option. Point is, t he phone will need to be replaced.

hold * and # and Power On when the phone is off..do this two times if first time not solves the problem. If you still have the problem it means the soft is broken and must be implemented again

Unlock

I should first point out that there are other options to unlocking yourself, since this option is a bit more involved and can seriously mess up your phone:

1) You can get the unlock code from your provider for free if they are prepared to give it to you. If they are then that is the safest and best option.
2) For $25, you can use TheMotoGuide's unlocking solution which is instant and guaranteed.

That being said, here's directions on how to unlock the phone yourself:

*You need to downgrade your boot loader to 7.D0, be aware that this can be risky.

* You may find afterwards that when starting in bootloader you have only a blackscreen, so long as the phone works ok and you can connect in bootloader that is nothing to worry about

* Ensure your phone is fully charged before starting. I recommend before beginning you first make a backup of your phone as described in the back it up section. Especially the PDS back up. This assumes all necessary drivers are already installed.

1) Start in bootloader mode (hold # and * while powering on)
2) Identify your current bootloader (e.g. 8.26 or 7.E0)

3) If you already have bootloader 7.D0 skip to step 6

4) Download bl_826-828_to_07d0_for_V3_by_Archy.V2
5) Flash with this file using RSD Lite (described at the Flashing and Flexing section)

6) Download and extract the MOTO UNLOCKER SOFTWARE
7) Start in bootloader mode (hold # and * while powering on). In bootloader mode after the downgrade it is not unusual for the phone to show a blank black screen with no info, don't worry, though, it is still in bootloader mode!
8) Open up Moto Unlocker and connect you phone

9) Run Moto Unlocker click connect and yes! Once finished it will look like this:

Congratulations, your Motorola Razr V3 is now unlocked

How To Restore Windows 10, 8, 7 Boot Loader

Read about restoring Windows 10 bootloader from a working or faulty system with the command prompt. Recovering bootloader after installation of Linux, Ubuntu, Windows Often the reason for the operating system to fail when loading is the damaged bootloader Windows 10. Recovering system files with the System Restore function doesn't help to bring the bootloader back to life. Then how can it be recovered?

Phone crashed and weird message on screen

Hi,

Did you do anything with your phone? If this just popped out out of nothing I suspect you have hardware damage. This can happen for example if your phone got too hot (left it in car in full sun) or it got wet.

What you can try to solve the problem is flashing the bootloader (this is what the phone is basically asking for). Flashing the bootloader isn't without risk though. You have to find a good bootloader file for your F480 and upload it using 'MultiLoader'. Very important is that your battery is fully charged and while flashing make sure as many useless software on your computer is closed (anti-virus / messengers / sync soft etc) and you are not using the computer while flashing.

Best regards,

Phone doesn't open. if turns on shows message: Boot loader A3.CC Err>A5,6935.2E Battery OK OK to Program Connect USB Data Cable it doesn't continue anywhere.

something seems to be wrong with your bootloader. what you need to do is
1. go to www.modmymoto.com and download the A3.CF bootloader which is the latest bootloader from motorola.
2. once you've done that, download the latest version of RSD Lite (you'll find it on google).
3. Install RSD Lite on your computer and open it up.
4. After the program recognises your phone, look for the bootloader that you downloaded and hit start. DON'T UNPLUG YOUR PHONE TILL THE ENTIRE PROCESS IS COMPLETE.
This should solve your problem.

This process can be risky, but it's the only way it'll work. For more information on installing the bootloader with RSD Lite, please read through the forums at www.modmymoto.com carefully.

Bad battery or bad phone?

Looks like your phone is in 'Bootloader' mode, that's why it shows your bootloader info. Take your battery off for about 5-10 mins, and restart your phone.
