You should be able to download manual. Otherwise it is usually under user settings, set default.

Your printer has Duplex printing Capabilities. However when you are ready to send the print job, open the Printer Properties and select Double Sided.

To copy a Double sided document, insert it in the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) and open the copy settings on the machine and select Double sided.

Canon imagerunner 3235i. When it goes to print out the copy it instantly pulls it back into the machine and causes a jam. Any ideas as to what would be causing this or how to fix it/

you have opted for a 2 sided profile in the printer driver.change it to default settings.the copier is trying to print on both sides.if it is happening also during copying then u have to check the settings you have made.you can also clear the settings in common settings in additional functions . if u cant take 2 sided copies then u have to get ur copier check for duplex unit malfunction.

Double print

Both sides or 2 copies, if both sides go into the printer settings and correct. If 2 copies make sure you don't have that checked. It may have happened by accident. That should all be available in your printer application settings.

Duplex copying on HP Photosmart C8280 All-in-One Can't see how to do two-sided copy apart from scanning both sides and printing two-sided! Old HP printer could do 1-1 1-2 2-1 2-2 etc.

Open HP Solution Center, click on Settings, click on Scan Preferences, select "Scan both sides of original when using duplex feeder."

or
Open Solution Center, click on Scan Document, and you should have a check box towards the bottom of the window which would say 'scan both sides of the original document'. check that box and start scanning.

2 sided copying

You just select 2-sided printing in the print dialog box. I think it's on the finishing tab. I'm assuming you aren't trying to print on 2nd side of pre-printed stock. That would be a different issue.

CHeck your settings. If they are ok, then try printing the job from open office or wordpad. Are you using 2 sided printing? I have the same printer and it blazes thru stuff like this printing 2 sided and all. Just have problems with using cheap paper (jams).

Wrong count

FYI, if copy 1 side of A4, then is count as 1. If both sides, count as 2.
If copy 1 side of A3, then is count as 2. If both sides, count as 4.
That's the default settings on the MFP.

If u want to be copy 1 side of A3 and count as 1, u need to adjust the setting mode.
Press 08 and ON MFP, Enter 346, change "1" to "0".

Canon imageCLASS MF6530; can't set up duplex (2sided) printing

hi there
there are 2 ways to copy 2 sided
one is full duplex which means your copier must have a duplex attatchment fitted on the copier lid
the other if it hasn't got a duplexer is to copy in 1 to 2 mode which means you have to turn the copy over. it sounds like your machine has not got a duplexer fitted but it can still do double sided using 1 to 2.

hope this helps
