Question about Apple MD439LL/A iPhone 4 Verizon 8GB Smartphone - Black
Ok so recently I got my shattered screen replaced and about 3 months later I dropped it and the screen is'nt cracked it just doesn't turn on but when I plug it in to my laptop it just randomly vibrates
It sounds as though the mother board has cracked inside, you can get them replaced but they are dear

SOURCE: Cracked screen
on a 3g iphone the glass/digitizer replacement is pretty easy, definitely much less than replacements of ATT or Apple if you can do it yourself, there are iphone repair guides websites that guide you through the repair step by step, but you should have done something like this before.

somebody has to open the iPhone and replace the part. The cheapest way is to do it your self and you should get aways with around $70. The part is available on ebay. If you want to pay to have a service do it for you there are third party iPhone Screen Repair Services. To try to do it yourself, here's a iPhone Repair guide on how to disassemble an iPhone. As you can see from the guide, this is not quite that easy. Maybe a tech savvy friend can do it for you.

Sounds like you either damaged the back light or display or hopefully just knocked the connector loose. Either way the case would need to be opened so you need to get it to a repair shop.
