Frozen motor on model number TSK-9213SS

Cleaned out what I could (sans ripping the whole thing apart), but does absolutely nothing when you plug it in -- any idea if the motor is frozen or if I should invest in a different grinder?

SOURCE: the grinder will not start

check the mechanism is not blocked, undo the screws at the front. Remove the baseplate, there is a 1.25 a fuse attached to it under a black plastic cover. If neither of these thing work, is there a burning smell?
Could be the motor. I imagine it is just the fuse.

No picture, it keeps going on and off and now completely off model number 22-208 x22/14c-gab-tcdUk

Hello Margaret Pascoe,

Your POWER BOARD is most likely the problem...

Since I'm here in the SAN FRANCISCO Bay Area (US)
it is UNLIKELY I can search on your make/model
to locate a replacement source... but I can tell you
several things... to help.

ALWAYS WEAR anti static wrist strap (below)...

VERIFY your replacement board number yourself...

TAKE LOT OF PICTURES (and note if necessary)
put EVERY wire & fastener EXACTLY BACK...!!

Force nothing: if a connection does not easily come
apart get a jewelers loupe and look VERY CLOSELY
for a pinch clamp or catch lever to release...

You will be proud.

Troy Bilt Pony Garden tiller possibly 1982 Model Handle that controls Free Wheel and Direct Drive will not turn from Free Wheel to Direct Drive. How do I fix?

Without seeing your machine, I will have to give you a generic answer.
I am certain you answer lies in the mechanism.
I suspect either a broken part or a frozen part.
The frozen part would be stuck with rust or dirt, preventing movement.
The broken and frozen parts both will require taking the whole thing apart and servicing it.
Servicing requires cleaning, oiling, and greasing as needed.
God bless your efforts.

Kitchenaid frozen bearing

Hi Thaddeus, What model is it? If you have taken it apart and checked the worm gear surely you would have stumbled on the frozen bearing if one exists. When you split the gear cases you are in a position to turn everything by hand so any frozen part is going to be pretty obvious.

check power cord and if plugged in good. Next check fuse. Check video cable connections plugged well and not loose. Check pins on video cable that nothing is bent or misaligned.

I have a lincoln 175+. when i got it i plugged it in an all seemed to work fine. looked like it had been dropped from quite a ways up. the biggest problem was the whole wire feed gear box all of it was...

check the return wire from the hand trigger has been connected to the speed motor wire. Check for a fuse in the system. I have just wrecked a 190 amp welder and I noticed the feed motor assy. was fully insulated from the welder body. Check that out as well as it may be shorting out and not driving the motor.

Delonghi DH400p dehumidifier running but not collecting any water ? Humidity is 68 set to 50???

Hey, I had the same thing with mine.

First, try cleaning out your filter if you haven't already. It gets angry if it can't get any air.

If not, I don't know how brave you are, but I ripped mine apart to fix the problem. I took off the panel with the filter (5 screws) and you can see a collection tray with another little collection gutter under that. Both of mine were filled with junk, mostly dust that had gotten wet to make this awesome disgusting sludge. If you can get at it from there, try to clean the sludge out of the collection tray and the little gutter. I ended up taking my whole unit apart so I can get the collection tray out (dumb design, you have to take apart the whole dang casing to get at two screws that hold the collection tray in).

Good luck!

No power

I was having the same problem. I took the whole thing apart. It was the motor brushes and the handle switch. Check out www.ToolPartsDirect.com and type in your mower model number. You can see the diagram and order the parts you need. Mine were less than $20. It's really easy to take this mower apart.

Power surge fried our unit

Contact cuisinart and see if the will replace it under warrenty. This happened to mine, but they would not replace mine because it was a refurbished model. I am going to rip mine apart to see if I can fix it this weekend.

Mer cury PVM7 mobo wont display on monitor

So I think you are saying it did work and then stopped, right?

If that's the case then I would try booting into the BIOS setup and reseting it first. If that does not work then I would reboot into the BIOS again and see if there is something there you need to enable for the AGP port to function.

If all this fails then you most likely have a bad motherboard. It's probably not worth the money to consider having it repaired, and I doubt you'd find anyone who's even interested trying.

Good luck.
