Unfortunately your motor is bad.
Replacing the motor is a bit involved, but if you want to attempt it I can walk you through it.
There should be a 5 YEARS warranty on the motor, so you might consider a repairman. Make sure they are GE certified and there will be no cost to you for the motor. The labor, however, may be up to you and could be expensive.

I'm willing to assist you on doing it yourself, if you'd like.
The switch your talking about is a centrifugal switch inside the motor. Once the motor turns to a specific RPM, it makes and keeps the motor going until the timer turns it off or the door is opened. But it is the motor itself which starts the spinning. But the motor is not doing it's job so the C switch doesn't come into play.

Why is my fan motor on my trane air conditioner running backwards when we turn the unit on. It is a trane a053bs.

Check the capacitor for the fan. Has the fan been replaced recently? If so make sure the start lead is connected to the capacitor.

My trane XE80 will only blow cold air. The fan

It sounds like the problem is a tripped limit switch. Look in the burner compartment and on the blower assembly for a switch that looks like the one below. It will be about the same size round as a quarter. Press the red button on any of the switches you find, then re-try furnace.

OK, locate the terminals on the capacitor marked "HERM"(Compressor lead), "FAN", and "COM".(common)

HERM and COM remian as they are.

The wire going to "FAN" (usually brown) will be placed on either terminal of the new capacitor. (This is the ((usually brown)) wire comming off of the fan motor.) An additional wire needs to be run from the other terminal of the new capacitor to the "COM" on the old capacior.

What you are doing is bypassing the fan side of the old capacitor but still using the compressor side of the old Cap.

The fan should have a wiring diagram on it to help identify the wires if there is no brown wire. The other two wires will be identified on the wiring diagram as well, but one typically goes to the contactor and the other to the board.

Dishwasher motors are susceptible to getting stuck if not used regularly. Manually spin the motor to free it up. Dishwasher motors are not serviceable and must be replaced if found defective. But try to access the bushings/bearings and put a few drops of lubricant then spin it manually to free it up.

Trane XE1200 Fan Motor

Most likely problem with a not-so-old motor is the run capacitor for the fan.

Some units have fan & compressor capacitor combined into one -- others are separate.

The capacitor can be tested with a multi-meter with an MFD setting -- it should read reasonably close to the specs marked on the capacitor.

GE Top load washer 15years old. noisy when spinning

washer making a load cluck noise when the spin cycle starts.
It only happens when the motor turns slow for the first minute during the spin cycle. Otherwise it works fine.
if the motor is proper then the bearings in the motor got rusted and that needs replacement.the beasrings are located on the back of the motor.
