Hi, that wire is disconnected when the door panel is removed to work on the window motor. Take the car back and ask them to reconnect your door locks. If you want to fix it yourself, you may be able to access the connector by removing only the control panel where the door lock switch is installed. Remove any visible screws and then pry gently to pull up the panel. Odds are, however, that the whole door panel will need to be pulled loose to find the cable. You can possibly just pull the bottom of the panel loose, but do it carefully. Feed the wire back up to the control panel and reconnect to the switch. Thanks for using Fixya.

My 2005 PT Crusier driver side windows won't work, front and back...passenger side both fine.??????

This sounds like the window motor is bad, try holding the switch in the up or down postion and bang on the inside of the door panel and if the window moves then you will know its the motor, the motor is the most common problem but testing would be nice to make sure, you would need to remove the door panel and with a test light test at the connector that plugs into motor,

if the passenger windows work from the drivers side switch then the anti trap window mechanism need need to hold the passenger switch on the drivers door switch pack down till it gets to the bottom and then hold the switch down for ten seconds then send it up when it gets to the top hold the switch in the up position for ten seconds repeat this for all other windows.if this fails try disconnecting your battery again.

Power windows -window falls inside the door, won't go up

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Pull back the weather seal and you should see the cause.
It could be the window has fallen off it's base (not likely), a cable has disconnected or broken (most likely), motor burned out (maybe)
