Question about Car Audio & Video
The only way that my sub will output any sound is if I put either the left or right RCA cable into the output and the other into the input for the amp. otherwise if I put both into the input side the amp goes into protect mode.
Make sure switch on amp is on master, if it doesn't have a master/slave switch... turn your gain down.

Ay man I had the sam problem. What's happening is your amp is taking in too much power and too much heat. In my car I have a aduibahn amp that matches the box like yours. You should try turning off "bass boost" and/or "sub sonic" or "game" on your amp if it has those options. This will cause less heat and power and prevent your amp form haveing a terminal shutdown which is what Im confident is happenening. Also does your ride have AC? If not you should try letting your back seats down just to test it. Cause if your car is hot, then imagine how hot the trunk would be. If you need more help I got you at 317 374 7483 or firstname.lastname@example.org peace

Might not be eathed properly. Check the earth on the battery as well. Theres more juice goin through there now so it might need a bigger earth or ground.

you can splice into the wires for your rear speakers and install some of your owns rca's and just use the low pass filter on your amplifier to eliminate the mids and highs from the frequency to your subs.

SOURCE: Stereo in my Fiat punto
Hello, when I insert a CD (normally purchased) into my Fiat Punto Grande stereo it displays "CD ERROR", ejects the CD then displays "AUX" (the tuner still works). I would be grateful if anyone has any idea what the problem is, thank you.

SOURCE: hi i trying to figure
Without having the exact model numbers of all your Pioneer deck and your Clarion EQ, what I can do for you is send you to the following website:
Once you get to the page scroll down to the link called AudioControl: EQX Owner's Manual. Download that pdf file. It is actually the owners manual to an EQX equalizer. If you then look at page 10 and 11 they show you a wiring diagram that will probably fit what you are looking for. Essentially what you are going to do is the following:
1) Wire the main output of your deck to the Epicenter unit.
2) Wire the Epicenter main outs to the Balanced Input of your Clarion EQ.
3) Run the Highpass connections from the Clarion EQ to your Tweeter amplifier, and then wire the amps output to your Tweeters.
4) Run the Lowpass connections from the Clarion EQ to your Subwoofers amplifier, and then wire the amps output to your Subwoofer. If you have two separate amps for two separate subs then wire accordingly.
5) If you are going to use your 4 channel amp to run your tweeters and your midrange speakers, then you would run the full range output of your EQ to the two channels of the amp that would be your main or midrange speakers. Then you would run the Highpass outputs of your EQ to the 2 channels of the amp for your tweeters, and then the ouput of those two channels would go to your tweeter speakers.
This should give you the necessary information to wire up all of your components. IF you need any further information then please don't hesitate to let me know.
Thank you for the opportunity to assist you in resolving your issue. Should you need further information or assistance please do not hesitate to let us know.
