i have nokia lumia 620 i has a problem to run in window 8 . when switch on it run to nokia welcome after stopped in the screen then its automatically switched off cant run on the window 8 what a problem i think nokia is best then other this types of problem makes me illusion about nokia

Please check your switch using a volt/ohm meter to assure it IS working and not just clicking.

If the battery terminals inside the unit became shorted, it's really not a user serviceable problem. APC doesn't publish schematics.
