Need some more information.
To factory State?
Generic State?
HW wise with no OS?

If to Factory State: You have a recovery disk with the PC, use that to restore the PC. BUT BEFORE you do this, make sure you have all your pictures and documents backed up to another drive/CD/DVD.
The same solution applies to the Generic restore.
Take out the Hard Drive, let your brother buy a new HD, that way you will never have a chance of exposing any information you do not want to.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

@ Mikey no Mikey I want to reset my Multipad back to factory settings like it was when I got it new because I am giving it to member of my family to use

f you have the restore disks you can reload it to the way it was from the factory. If the laptop is from Hewlett Packard or Compaq they have a restore program on the computer and you can restore it that way too as long as you did not remove the software partition on the computer. The program gives you a couple of options in order to restore it. If you have information on it and want to get rid of it they usually have a restore option to format the hard drive before the reinstall takes place it should get rid of all your information off of it.

It isn't often that Apple gives specific directions about how to fix your problem! Restoring the iPad will erase everything on it, so make sure everything on the iPad is stored elsewhere prior to restoring. To restore, connect your iPad to a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed. When your iPad appears under the devices menu, click the restore option under the summary tab. If you haven't backed up your data already, choose the back up option from the pop up window. Click the restore button to restore your Touch to factory spec.

How do you get rid of a itunes logo with a usb cord faceing it on the front of the ipod touch screen?

The ipod is in restore mode. You need to restore it by opening iTunes on your computer, then connect the iPod. iTunes will see it in restore mode, and there is a restore button. Click the restore and have it restore the iPod software on the iPod. That will fix it.
go to if you need to download iTunes on your computer.
You will lose your iPod data, but you basically have already lost it.

My Acer m5100 Vista won't boot =(

It may actually be a hard drive failure as the message indicates - either way you will need a Vista disc if you are re-installing or installing to a new hard drive.

Driver Install INF Error

Physically uninstall the 4850. Now download and install "Revo uninstaller" (FREE). Use this tool to completely uninstall any and all software associated with the 4850. Next run system restore and restore your computer to a date prior to your original physical installation of the card. The computer should now re-start to it's condition before the 4850. Now you can begin a PROPER installation by first installing the SOFTWARE that came with the card and following the instructions to install the card afterward. Remember, Windows likes software FIRST.

P.S. If you want to run with the big dogs - carry a map.
