Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: JBL PB10 subwoofer sounds distorted and lights on the front flash

More likely to be the Class D power amp module, but you should look through the service manual to make sure all the parts are installed correctly. My PB10 AMP module went out and you cannot get one anymore.

I just switched to a different internet provider. Alexa says she is having trouble connecting. What should I do?

You probably need to connect to your new wireless router.

Open the Alexa app.
In the Alexa app, open the left navigation panel and then select Settings.
Select your device and then select Update Wi-Fi. If you're adding a new device to your account, select Set up a new device instead.
On your Echo device, press and hold the Action button for five seconds. The light ring changes to orange, and your mobile device connects to your Echo device. A list of available Wi-Fi networks appear in the app.
Note: The Alexa app may ask you to manually connect your device to your Echo device through your Wi-Fi settings.
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the network password (if required). If you don't see your Wi-Fi network, scroll down and select Add a Network (for hidden networks) or Rescan.
Optional - Save your Wi-Fi password to Amazon: Any Wi-Fi passwords saved during setup automatically appear when you connect a new Alexa device to the same Wi-Fi network. The password is also remembered if you switch between saved Wi-Fi networks. For more information, go to Saving Your Wi-Fi Passwords to Amazon FAQs.
Optional - Connect to a public network: Enter any required information if you are connecting to a public network that requires a web browser to sign in, like a school or hotel. The information could be a pre-shared password, room number, or just a button to accept conditions for using the network. This information cannot be saved to Amazon. Contact the network owner for more information.
Select Connect. After your device connects to your Wi-Fi network, a confirmation message appears in the app.

How to open up the JBL onbeat rumble?

The power connection on my JBL Onbeat Rumble stopped working also. I could usually jiggle it to get it going but this wasn't a reliable solution. I note there were a few people online that have complained about this but no solutions or disassembly guides. With nothing to lose I set about pulling the unit apart to fix it... here's hoping it will help others:

1. Under the orange base rubber there are five screws. You need to carefully peel off the rubber to get to the screws. Also under the sticker on the input/output section there are two screws to undo.

2. See photo for positioning of rear clips. You might be able to use an appropriate tool to undo them. I used brute force to open the case and the rear clips didn't break.

3. There are two more clips and two screws at the front of the unit.
I don't know how to get to the screws - possibly you need to unclip the front of the unit and grille. I just used additional brute force which undid the clips and snapped the screw mounts. The unit was then completely opened up into two halves.

4. You can now get to the input/output section. There are four screws to undo before you can lift it out. In my case I could see a cracked solder joint on the power input so I re-soldered it as best I could and confirmed the unit was now being powered up reliably.

5. To reassemble, reseat the input/output board, clip the unit back together, re-insert the 5 base screws + 2 input/output screws, then glue the rubber back on (it might be sticky enough not to need additional glue). The snapped screw mounts don't seem to matter as the remaining clips are strong. Just shake out any plastic pieces to avoid rattles.

Wi fi card remove computer startworking

Remove and reinstall driver...possibly replace Wi-Fi card. Are there 2 Wi-Fi cards? Go to device manager (Windows?) and see if it thinks your card is working or not. Yellow ! means it has a problem. And that's where you uninstall it. Reboot and see if that helps.

My kindle wi-fi is not working. I went to turn it on and the light came on but stayed at the screen saver screen.

Make sure that the kindle is fully charged. Plug your kindle into the wall charger, a yellow light will light up. When the yellow light turns green, your kindle is fully charged. Then try turning on your device. If the device still does not turn on, hold the power switch for 15 seconds, this will reboot the device.

Linksys WRT160 router doesn't work

Wi-Fi Protected Setup Button
If you have client devices, such as wireless adapters, that
support Wi-Fi Protected Setup, then you can
use Wi-Fi Protected Setup to automatically
configure wireless security for your wireless
network(s).

To use Wi-Fi Protected Setup, run the Setup
Wizard, or refer to the “Wireless > Basic Wireless
Settings” section of “Chapter 3: Advanced
Configuration".

Wi-Fi Protected Setup LED (Blue/Amber) It
lights up blue when wireless security is
enabled. The LED flashes blue for two
minutes during Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
The LED lights up amber if there is an error
during the Wi‑Fi Protected Setup process. Make
sure the client device supports Wi‑Fi Protected
Setup. Wait until the LED is off, and then try again.
The LED flashes amber when a Wi‑Fi Protected
Setup session is active, and a second session
begins. The Router supports one session at a
time. Wait until the LED is off before starting the
next Wi-Fi Protected Setup session.
