I need an instructions booklet for my hdm4400 digital multimeter

most multi-meters have its generic functions resistance, potential, etc. your manual is for extra padding in the box it came in. but if you are in need of a multi-meter then your technical knowledge should far surpass the multi-meters manual.

Rca model 20f51otd no pwer but hear a cherp every 2 seconds.

Chirping sound is usaly a horizontal issue, either the flyback transformer the horizontal output transistor is shorted. This repair takes some expertiese and a multi-meter. Soldering skills are a must. This can be an involved repair if you never worked on a tv before.

I'VE BEEN GIVEN A PANASONIC WV-BL-204 VIDEO SURVALENCE CAMERA NOT SURE IF IT HOOKS TO A VCR DOES ANYONE HAVE A PICTURE OF HOW IT HOOKS UP

Hi, yes, you  can hook this camera up to a VCR. You need a BNC to RCA adaptor and a RCA cable. You can purchase these items at Radio Shack. Just connect the VIDEO OUT, which is a BNC connector to your yellow VIDEO IN RCA jack on the VCR. If you dont see video, then you might have to switch the 1st dip switch to enable the iris on the lens to open and let light through. Here is the manual:

Trying to hookup my wv-cp234 panasonic ccd sec cam onto a new house, outside. Still no picture, believe it's because I didn't use wire that included a ground. will any greater then 24AWG pos/neg/grd...

Are you getting anything from the camera at all? Put a meter at the camera end and make sure your getting 24 volts at the cam. If you don't have 24 volts at the camera, check the fuse for your power supply, you may have accidentally crossed your wires.
