You have spark, so problem with fuel. Maybe old gas. Determine if getting fuel to carburetor - if so you need to clean carburetor. If not, clean fuel lines or replace fuel pump.

The carb needs to be removed, taken apart so it can be cleaned. after sitting, the gas will gum up the inside and stop up the jets. Also, it's not a good idea to use starting fluid on a 2 stroke engine.

Chevy tahoe wont start its as if its not getting gas

If you think it is not getting gas, then it may not be. You would need to verify this by installing a fuel pressure gauge. This truck MUST have at least 55 PSI. Even a few LBS less, the truck will not start.
If you do not have pressure, or it is low, a plugged fuel filter or faulty fuel pump would be the most likely problem. If no pressure at all, a quick test to check the fuel pump is to have someone in the truck trying to start it, and you go under and bang on the gas tank with a hammer. Many times this will free up a sticking pump. But, it will fail again.

Herohonda bike starting problem

Your bike has a carbration problem in that it has debris in the carb. What you must do to correct this is completely remove the carb, then take off the float bowl. it is on the bottom of the carb and is rectangular with 4 phillips head screws. once the screws are out, lightly tap the bowl with the handle of your screwdriver to get it loose. Empty this bowl (it will be full of gas/water/junk) and wash it out with new clean gasoline or a spray carb cleaner form the auto parts store. There will also be two jets in the center of the carb, they are gold in color. spray these out with the cleaner or compressed air. The holes in them are very tiny and must be cleared out. Once you have this clean, reassemble and the bike should run like new. If the gas tank has any debris in it, this problem will come back unless you install a filter. best wishes!

Starting Problem

I am not familiar with your bike but if it has a standard carburetor then remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Is there any water or trash in the bowl? Drain a cup of gas from the tank. Is there any water or trash in the cup? Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ).
Drain the carburetor. There may be a screw on the lower side of the carb float bowl. Remove the screw then replace it after the fuel drains. Install a new stock NGK spark plug.

Remove the carburetor from the engine. Remove the float bowl and clean the entire carb with a spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store. Wear protective goggles to avoid getting spray in your eyes. Spray into all the little airways and fittings in the carb. Remove the idle screw and the air screw on the outside throat of the carb and spray into the screw holes as well.

Be sure to put these two screws back in the same hole they came out of. IMPORTANT > do not tighten these two screws down. Only screw these in until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each screw one and one half turns outward. Put the rest of the
carb back together, clean the air filter and install the carb. Let the float bowl fill then start the engine.

My dirt bike quits running as soon as you turn off the choke

Drain the carburetor. There should be a screw on the lower side of the carb float bowl. Remove the screw then replace it after the fuel drains. Turn the gas back on and wait a minute for the carb to fill with gas. Install a new stock NGK spark plug and try to start the engine.
