The on button has fallen off of the flashlight. The black plastic that held it in place is gone. My son used the flashlight to read in the car at night. The flashlight got a lot of use. Thank you...

How to replace the lamp in a Mini Maglite

The Mini Maglite is a durable, compact flashlight. If your Mini Maglite stopped working, check or replace its two AA batteries first, and if that doesn't fix it, you'll probably need to replace the lamp. You can order replacement lamps in packs of two online, or you may be able to find them locally in a hardware store.

To replace the lamp in a Mini Maglite:

1. Unscrew the bottom of the flashlight. (Hold the flashlight with the head facing down so that the batteries don't fall out.)
2. Remove the batteries.
3. Unscrew the flashlight head from the barrel.
4. The lamp is mounted into the flashlight on two prongs; gently pull up on the lamp to remove it.
5. Install the new lamp by lining the prongs up with the two holes and slowly inserting it fully.
6. Screw the flashlight head back on.
7. Reinsert the batteries.
8. Screw the base back on.

When you've finished, turn the flashlight on (by turning the lens cover or the head counter-clockwise) to verify that the new lamp works. If the light doesn't come on, take the flashlight apart again and check to make sure the lamp is installed correctly and fully. Since the lamps come in packs of two, if you can't get the first lamp to work, try the second lamp in the pack. If that lamp doesn't work either, check your batteries and make sure the lens cover and head are both screwed on all the way.

Is there a mini Maglite Led pro that takes 1 AA battery

Not that I know of- they are usually 2 AAs. The 1 AAA keychain model was terrible in that the "turn to on" function was intermittent so I could never trust it. Tried WD40, sanding the contacts, etc. This was the old halogen version.

Main oven does not heat at all

Sounds like the heating/starter element went out. This item is very delicate and will break if touched. They are used on almost all newer gas appliances. It takes about 3 minutes to check. Turn the oven on and look down near the burners with all of the lights in the room out. You should see a glow for a while, then it will click off for a while and then come back on. If not, then turn off the oven and get a flashlight and look for the starter element to see if it is broken. It is about one inch wide, two inches long, and 1/4 inch thick. If you do get a glow then this is good news, the element is not broken. However, the element operates a thermostatic switch which operates the gas valve. This switch may be broken. The switch and the starter element usually come out together when removed.

Ignition switch is broken, need to start truck using a button on the steering column...previous owner said he needed to use starting fluid after ignition switch broke...i assume glow plugs are not getting...

you certainly have a problem, checking th glow plugs is easy, 12 volts at the harness to each plug and resistance for the for the plugs, if they are bad it will read open circuit, as for toggling the circuit, bad idea, the original circuit cuts out when the plugs are glowing, without it you willl be constantly burning glow plugs,

Canon Pixma iP 1500 is not feeding paper correctly, pulling it on the right side but not on the left.

If the feed roller in the back wobbles a lot, the end could be broken, but usually I find that something has fallen in the back stopping the paper. The best way to look for something fallen in is to use a flashlight and small mirror.

Lcd buttons wont work

I believe this is a main board problem. IF you still have a warranty you should send the camera back to sony. You dont believe you can turn the lcd buttons off. You can turn off the button clicks so it doesnt make any noise but you cannot turn off the buttons on the lcd.
