Question about Garmin StreetPilot c550 GPS Receiver
In my haste to load music on my brand new GPS, I decided to delete the 7 songs that came preloaded. Now, my player won't even play. No icon. I can't figure out what to do.
Did I erase some important song file?! This is crazy.
If you loaded new files, they are probably not in MP3 format. Right click and check. I had the same issue and when I saved .mp3 files the icon appeared again.

Hold a finger on the upper right corner of the screen while powering up the unit. This should do a master reset.
If that doesn't work, go here to download an update.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
