Interesting - you can troubleshoot Fluke calibrator but cannot source 2 resistors

First you label both resistors as R10 (is this a designator or actual value on the resistor - btw if this is a value written on resistor then R10 is 0.1 Ohm which would show as short and would explain high wattage also) and probably there is nothing wrong with them.

Need more info or pictures of what you thing are faulty resistors.

Also you can find Service manual here which would help in identifying components:

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can you watch .mp4 or .avi files? The Youtube video is over 10mb in size, so it can not be sent (gmail has a 10mb size limit on attachments). I have to cut it into several smaller pieces and can convert to another file type (the original is an mp4).

Operator's manual/ owner's manual for wavetek fg2a needed

I couldn't find your exact model for free, but I did find the manual for the Wavetek FG2C. Perhaps they are similar? You can find it here: http://www.tequipment.net/assets/1/26/Documents/FG2C_FG3C_Manual.pdf

If not, you should be able to purchase the manual here: http://www.manualsdrive.com/results.php?lang=en&search=WAVETEK%20FG2A. I've never used that particular site, but the FG2A manual, installation guide, etc are listed.

Best of Luck!

Indicators not working,no wiring diagram

as you say your comp so here's the way i would go about it.pull say the left rear indicater wires from where they connect to the main frame loom. using the live feed connect a multi meter to this wire then set meter on ohms now with the other probe i would start at the turn signal relay, pull relay and put to one side. put probe into the connetor that relay came from probe on to the output . this should then create a connection to the left when you push the left indicater switch , now if you cannot make a circiut their move to the switch and you will then be able to work out if you have the right wire connected by checking which colors you have connected to the probes. now some where . if you did make a circuit 1st time then check to see if you have voltage at the relay connector when ignition on if you have votltage accross this terminal to earth on frame then you have a relay verses lamp watage prob , ie relay 21w+21w bulbs mixed ie 1 at 5 watt other at 21w , wont flash or addon led lights.
