your setting on your computer are not correctly set .
Click on start , then click on control panel , click on internet properties then advance tab .
tick on enable third party browser extentions .
if this does not work , try the same process but instead of tick the third party browser extentions box , click on restore advance setting below the main box and that should fix it .
Make sure to do all these action while you are not online or having your browser open .
It is either the adapter or the connections to the motherboard. It would definitely feel better about telling you which one it is if you could try another adapter. Last thing i can say for now at least is have your ac adapter checked and make sure it is putting out the required power.
