You should be able to just pull the drawer out and reach in and grab what ever was dropped . I have yet to find a stove that you can not either access from the front or by pulling the stove out and get in behind . If you have to pull it out make sure you just pull straight out try not to turn the stove you will find that it will pull out very easy and there should be enough length in power cord to allow this

Did not realize that burner was under the bottom of stove. Put in an aluminum drip pan on the bottom and turned ove n on for the first time. The pan is now melted to the bottom of my brand new oven. ...

Can you see that the pan has actually melted, or is it just stuck? Aluminum melts at over a thousand degrees, an oven only gets half that hot.
Try to pry it up with a putty knife.
Worse case scenario would be sanding it out with a rotary power sander after cutting as much out as possible with tin snips.

Your modle and serial number should be located on the front of the oven where the door closes. Usually the bottom door where you store pans ect. .

Replaced bad thermostat on Magic Chef model 9112xpb. Ignitor now glows orange but oven still won't start. Does gas valve on bottom of oven need to point up or sideways to start?

Gas shut off valve handles are perpendicular to the gasline when closed and parallel when opened. If you are referring to the appliance regulator behind the stove, the lever should face up or out, as opposed to sideways. This particular lever only shuts gas down to the oven and not the stovetop.

The oven burner will not ignite.

Because the glowbar is glowing does not necessarily make it good.
Turn off the gas to the stove. Remove the oven racks. Remove the bottom oven pan. Remove the flame spreader. This gives you access to the glow bar and gas valve.
Put a clamp on amp meter around one wire of the glowbar. Turn the oven control on to BAKE.
If the glowbar reads 3 amps or less, replace the glowbar ignitor.
If the glowbar reads good, check the burner tube for a white ash buildup. It can be cleaned with a wire brush. Look closely near the glowbar section of the burner.
Check all the wire connections for the gas valve.
If the glowbar is good and the ash deposits are gone and the oven still will not ignite, the next step is to replace the gas safety valve.

Gas range..surface buners light...oven does not.

Usually the gas valve is behind the stove. pull it out from the wall and look behind it. Code requires the shut off valve to be in the same room as the stove so if there is no shutoff valve it would be a good idea to call your gas supplier and have them take a look at the problem. They will look at it and advise you for free.

Aluminum foil stuck to new oven bottom - how to remove

(Wear a professional n95 mask and rubber gloves). Use a straight razor and scrape off as much foil as possible. Get a hold of Mercuric or sulfuric acid. BE CAREFUL not to spill anywhere, work close to a stainless steal sink. Poor a little in a small glass container and bring over stove porcelain surface. Pour the acid onto the foil and wait 3-4 minutes, use paper towel to wipe off the acid, and then a soapy wet rag. Repeat process until all foil is dissolved. Then wash surface thoroughly and repeatedly with a soapy dish towel. Once complete run water in the sink for 5 minutes till any possible remaining accid is flushed from the sink. The foil is gone and the porcelain is preserved. Works great! (Don't breathe the fumes and ventelate the area or move the stove outside)

Simpson 2001 series upright electric stove oven does not get hot only gets warm

It could be the oven element (behind the cover plate in the back of the oven), or the fan not blowing the heat into the oven.
