The label on the bottom of the laptop should give you more detailed information about the model number.... when you say you can't log on.... what exactly are you referring to ?

Try logging on using last known good configuration.
As you boot up, tap the F8 key repeatedly, then choose this option from the menu.
If you do get on, you may want to restore your system to a date before the corruption occurred by using system restore.

SOURCE: Doh! I just got a new Toshiba Satellite L500 and
no you cant revert back to windows 32 bit except formatting and reinstalling the windows again with 32 bit edition

You have may have either a battery or electrical issue with the laptop. If it's under warranty, take it in.
Otherwise, it is a pretty expensive fix (At least 100 dollars).
