Have you tried to power (turn) it ON ... by holding down the POWER ON / OFF key ? If it doesn't turn back on, hold down the power key for a while (few - several seconds) until the phone powers up again (and then let go)

Assuming your battery is (now) fully charged ... and the re-start doesn't work ... guess the next option is to do a reset / "boot" ... i.e. remove your battery (for a minute or so) ... and replace the battery. Then try to power it up (again) ... and/or hold the Power ON/OFF down for a while (a few seconds to minutes), until it powers up (then let it go).

My LG optimus keeps getting stuck in sleep mode. When I turn it on it seems fine but once it enters sleep mode it won't turn back on. I have to restart the phone to get a picture again. Any tips?

Is it ''sleep'' mode or ''Hibernate'' mode? If ''Hibernate'', then that is the problem. Turn off ''hibernate.'' If it is in fact just ''sleep'' mode, check to see if it is set for ''enter password to exit sleep'' _and_ you don't have a password set up... then either create a password or set it so that it does not require a password upon exiting sleep. Also, you can always resort to resetting everything to ''default'' settings. (This will not effect any data on the phone, and you can take your time setting all the settings ''just right'').

How to disable ipod

Your iPod touch shows a lock symbol on the top of the screen when it's in lock mode. This protects your iPod from being accidentally bumped on or off while you're focused on other things. Getting in and out of lock mode is somewhat intuitive, but can take a couple of tries the first time.

What Does Lock Mode Do? Lock mode keeps you from accidentally turning your iPod on or off.
This helps save battery life if you have it locked while it's asleep.
It prevents your music from turning off if you've put your iPod in your pocket. However.
it's not an advanced security feature -- anyone can bring your iPod out of lock mode if they know how.
Lock Symbol When you see the lock symbol on the top of your iPod touch's screen, it always means that the iPod is in lock mode. There's no other reason for that symbol to appear. If it appears and your iPod is not in lock mode, just turn your iPod touch off and then on again and it should disappear. b> Entering Lock Mode b> Press the Sleep/Wake button on the top right of the iPod touch. You may need to hold it down for a couple of seconds. Don't hold it down for too long, as ten seconds or so will force a restart and turn your iPod completely off and then on again. b> Exiting Lock Mode b> Press the Sleep/Wake button again, and wait a moment for the screen to light up. You'll see a slider bar that prompts you to slide it to wake up and unlock the iPod touch. Put a finger or thumb on the solid part of the slider, then slide your finger to the right. This gesture is simple, but might take a couple of tries. You need to tap firmly on the slider, then keep contact with the iPod as you slide to the right.

How do you turn off sleep mode on iphone 3

What do you mean by that? You put the phone in sleep mode by pressing the power button on the top of the phone. To get it out of the sleep mode you can press the top button again or press the home key.

If you mean how can you stop the screen turning off after a a period of time, go to settings/general/auto-lock and change it to the desired setting.

Hope this helps

You've probably accidentally put it in locking mode. Here's what the manual says about it, and how to get out of it:

Locking mode

To prevent accidental key presses that could turn your speakerphone

on e.g. while carrying it in a bag, the speakerphone can be

turned into locking mode. Press simultaneously the Answer/End

button and FM button for 4 seconds while the speakerphone is

turned on. The speakerphone is now turned off and can only be

turned on again by pressing Answer/End button and FM button
simultaneously for 2 seconds.

Problem with the sleep mode of 3 g iphone

turn the iPhone off and see if that helps. If it is still under warranty, go to the apple or best buy store, depending on where you got it, and get a new one (assuming turning it off didnt work), but, if you don't want to go through that, then just turn off the phone for sleep and that will be your sleep, but, i wouldn't suggest that

My iphone switched of itself and when i tried tuning it on it wouldnt so i charged it over night and it stil wont go on

You may have accidentally put your phone into firmware restore mode.. It looks like it's off (black screen and does not respond to any buttons) Try holding the menu and sleep button for 10 seconds, then pressing the sleep / wake button if the phone hasn't already begun to come to life. Good luck
