Need to find model # for ge monogram 42" side-by-side (1992?)

the apartment i rent has a monogram 42" side-by-side fridge in it with no model or serial number attached. a GE technician came by and guessed that it was from 1992, give or take a year.

can anyone tell me 42" side-by-side model numbers for any of the years from 1990-1997?

- Thanks for the post, but the model/serial #'s were taken off the machine at some undisclosed time in the past. My landlord bought the fridge second-hand, probably after it had been flooded and declared defunct.

i need to find out the model number so i can order a replacement freezer door gasket.

on the 42" Monograms the Model & serial nomenclature are usually located behind the top panel in the center section to the right of the compressor panel. Hope this helps....Bill

- Well , if thats the case, another solution for you is to order a universal "cut to size" Door gasket. They go for $35.00- $50.00 depending on the kit you order. You can do a Google search... Universal refrigerator door gasket ... & anyone who sells it will pop up... Good luck

mine was 2001 (i think, it came with the house and that's when it was built) and the model number is ZIS48D if that is helpful
