Rennai Heater is overheating. We have cleaned

Rennai Heater is overheating. We have cleaned filters, blown out any debris but still overheats and then filter lights and room temp lights start blinking. Shows flashing 14 and then will not restart

When you say you blew out the debris, what did you use? Have you removed the front cover and looked inside the unit? Are the louvers all open? And last but not least, does the circulating fan come on and blow air out the front?
