Question about Dell Dimension 4600 PC Desktop
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly. It seems to have started when I downloaded an mp3 from Amazon.com. My WMP10 said the same error message. Before that everything was working just fine. Tried to play the downloaded mp3 and haven't been able to play anything since. System sounds play OK.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
