I can not play my songs using media player it

Hello,

The first thing that I would advise you to do is,

Uninstall the Sound Adapter totally from the System first,

Then go to "scan for hardware changes",

This will bring up a prompt to install the new hardware found (Which is your Sound Adapter).

If it doesn't install automatically, then navigate and go to where the driver is located on your system hard drive or flash drive.

After doing this and installing it, restart your system.

It should work like that.

(In case you dont know how to uninstall the Adapter, Right-Click on my computer Icon, Properties, Device Manager, then select the Adapter under Sound Adapters adapters, and right click on it, then select uninstall.)

Hope this helps.

Goodluck and thanks for using Fixya.

While using it restarts automatically n ask insert sim

Make sure you have a memory card with your phone. Without that, your phone may go into "phone shock" and will probably crash because theres no space to think. I suggest getting a memory card if you don't have one, if you do have one get a bigger one, and if thats not the problem then you may have a hardware problem and might have to ask your phone company for a replacement phone, which they usually do for free.
