Question about Televison & Video
I have an RCA Truflat 20F511T television with one big problem, the display is off center by about 3 inches to the left and 1 inch down. I've made some progress with fixing it(Well, I kind of wouldn't call it that), in the way that now, when I change it to the CATV input and change it to any channel (further up than channel 8) and then turn the tv off then on it displays just fine, but when I change the channel to channel 8 or below it off centers again, or if I change input to say FRNT and then turn on a videogame. Help?
Bring up the menu for the tv with the remote and try to find something to the effect of resetting everything to factory default settings. If this does not rectify the problem, it probably is not worth taking in to get fixed as this can be very expensive and the tv is older anyway.

Testimonial: "I looked through everything, even tried a hard reset(which seems to not work at all). I guess that's why I got it for 20$"

Your sleep timer is on. Hit menu, and poke through that and find the sleep timer settings. Sleep timer is something that turns the TV off after an amount of time that your do not interact with it.
