When i try to compose message alf and numeric appears. what is the solution?

• Start composing a new email message in Windows Live Hotmail.
• Click Attachments under Insert: in the message's toolbar.
• Find and highlight a file on your computer.
• Click Open or Choose, depending on your browser.
• Wait for the file to be completely uploaded.
• Continue editing the message.
• Eventually, click Send to deliver the message together with its attachments.

this is a good how-to for a multimedia message, which includes pictures.

1. Press HOME and then tap Messages.
   If the Messages icon is not on your Home screen, tap the All Programs button on the bottom-left corner of the Home screen and then tap Messages.
2. On the All messages screen, tap Compose message.
3. Enter the mobile phone number or begin typing the name of the message recipient in the To field. As you enter the phone number or name, matching contacts will appear on the screen. Tap a recipient to add the person to the To field. If no matching contact is found, enter the recipient's phone number.
4. Tap the text box containing the text "Tap to compose," and then start composing your message. As you near the 160 character limit, a counter will appear in the top right corner of the text box to tell you how many characters are left. You can still continue composing your message if it exceeds 160 characters. A new message is automatically created and attached to your original message, and will appear as a single message to the recipient.
5. Press MENU and then tap Attach.
6. On the Attach window, select the type of attachment you want to send:

• Picture. Opens the Albums application. Tap the album containing the picture you want to use, and then tap the picture to attach it to your message.

Composing Picture Messages
1. On the All messages screen, tap Compose message. The Compose screen opens. 2. Enter the wireless phone number or email address of your message recipient in the To: box. To open and view a picture message:
1. On the All messages screen, tap a picture message to open it. 2. Tap the Play button at the right side of a picture message to view it
To reply to a picture message:
1. On the All messages screen, tap a picture message to open it. 2. Tap the text box at the bottom of the screen, compose your picture message (see "Composing Picture Messages"), and tap Send.

If you have upgraded your yahoo email page then go back to Yahoo classic mail. It works definately. Try it out and your problem should be fixed.

the answer lies in your question.. "it took over one hour to compose".. this make it possible for browser and mail account to stay in some what idle position. so next time first have compose mail in document and send message by coping to specified content and have fine...

if you have "drafts" concept, try to initialize while starting message and then your mail will proceed for auto draft with out error, so there would be no loss of message also.. have fine...

Check if you have text or html formatting set as default. Outlook 2003 Service Pack 3 contains numerous formatting bug fixes. What service pack are you running?

The recovery partition is corrupted. 1st option is, You can send your computer to acer repair center in germany. I believe acer have international warranty. 2nd option is to buy the recovery cd from acer, you can installed by yourself.
About downloadable OS, i don't think they have it online.
