Question about Powerware Series 5 5119 UPS System

After mistake switching extern voltage (230V) to the UPS-output while working on battery the middle power stage is blow up. After replacement of FET's the inverter is not working - only starts for 1sec.
has anybody a schematics from this UPS?

no but I can tell you that for old ups mosfets are used and for new ups IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor )are used the IGBTs are not available on shops you have to take help of company

After you replaced the batteries did you perform a manual battery test?
If not do so.

I had a DC bus fault error displayed.
So I unplugged battery, then turned on UPS. It said Batt disconnected of course.
So when I plugged in the batt while the UPS was on, and held the power button for a few sec, the UPS displayed Batt testing.
After a few moments it was back online and had no faults!
Worth a shot.
