Copier has been setup to use code. Will need to turn feature off if you don't want to it. Look in your manual or go to ricoh-usa.com/download enter model in search box click on manual
The fax user manual for the 450 is no longer available from Ricoh, so I can't check for sure, but the basic procedure is to press the User Tools button, go into Fax Features, and under one of the tabs will be a box where you can change the fax header information.
I don't know who advised you before, but...don't start a new link by yelling at people, and..... 2: be thankful forany FREE advice you receive. 3: Ask politely for further advice 4: Learn the basics of your OWN copier. 5: download a user manual from the ricoh website (it's readily available). and look up "duplex" ...here's a hint......guess what that big square box is on the right side??
