Question about Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W Laser Printer
I just recently purchased a new computer (vista operating system) and loaded the printer software into the new computer. When I go to print, I receive "Print to File" and am unable to print out my documents.
Any help would be appreciated before I take a Sledehammer to it.
Put the hammer down and step away from the printer lol. The problem you are having is directly related to the computer not "seeing" or recognizing the the printer. Sure you installed the software and drivers probably not the right ones. With Vista you have to use Vista specific drivers.
The unfortunate thing is that after reviewing your make and model of product at the Konica Minolta global site there are no available Vista Drivers for down load. Check here for your self
This leave only 2 options - contact Konica Customr service and see if there are driver available by some other means ( althought they will prob tell you to download them) or Upgrade to a new printer.
