Printed copy in correct page order- HP officejet 6110

I need to copy a doc with 20+ pages and have two sets. Right now the printer is set to print with the results having the last page copied on the top of the photocopied group (in other words...back words.) How do i change the settings to get the final copies to end up with the first page on the top?

thanks for your help.... a non-techie...

If you are on a mac you can click on the apple and go to about this mac. It will say Mac OSX and then the version is your actual OS.

On windows you click on your start or in your desktop on My Computer. On the left you will see view system information. It will come up and give you your system information including your Operating system like XP or Vista.

Hi :)

This may work and its only a few simple clicks :) but it will take less time then re ordering you pages :)

IN the printer settings or Print preferrences there should be a tab for "Advanced settingings"

Go to Control Panel and select "Printers"
Select the general tab and at the bottom of the window select "PRINTING PREFERENCES"
another window will open
from here select the Advanced tab
Find Layout Options in the list
click it you should see "Page Order" and a drop down menu for front to back or back to front.
switch it to whatever order it is that you need and test it out.

or if that doenst work try this:

Set the most frequently used copy settings as the default. This includes changes to Copy Setup options in the menu system, as well as other front panel copy settings.

  1. Make any desired changes to the copy setup from the menu or the front panel copy option.
  2. Press Menu .
  3. Press 1 , then press 4 . The settings are now saved.

these are the only ways I have found to correct the problem.

We can't take copies and prints with our hp officejet 6110 all-in-one printer.I think we've got this problem because;we haven't got driver for our printer. Thanks for help.

The person making the clarification request is right. Even if your printer isn't connected to a computer, it should still be able to copy. That means it probably isn't a driver issue.

I did find a page at the HP web site that talks about troubleshooting copy problems. The web page is pretty long but the link I'm providing should open the page to the right section:

Nothing happens when the copy button is pressed

Since you can't copy or print, it may be that the two problems have the same cause, such as a paper jam. Take a look at the contents on that link and see if it helps. Post back your results. Good luck.

Only prints one page

You could try using these drivers on the Hp.com. These drivers were from March of 2007.

This was listed at Officejet K550. They didn't have a Pro Printer listed. If there are any letters after the model number you should go to that page instead.

I suspect this is not the printer problem. The problem may be the operating system issue. (Memory management)
