I want to know hp e203413 maximim capacity of the ram

I cannot locate that model number on the HP site.

If you go to HP.com and go to support, it will have an "identify product" button you can use for it to attempt to find the product. When you know what that is, you can look up the specifications and/or download the manual, which should tell you.

It doesn't accept a memory ram upgrade. I had 512 MB and wanted to install 1 GB but the beeps started to sound.

Hi there,

The beeps are likely related to a memory issue on your motherboard when you boot up. This is usually caused by either getting a bad Stick of RAM, or the specs of the RAM are not compatible with your motherboard. Make sure that the specs of the new RAM is exactly the same as the specs of the old RAM. Each motherboard can only accept certain specifications of RAM. If you have additional questions feel free to leave a comment and I will get back to you on it.

Upgrade from 512MB to 1GB

The specs on the memory are correct, so you purchased the correct type of memory for this motherboard. If your getting no video when you power on with the 1gb stick, I would be willing to bet the 1gb stick is bad. Can you return it and try another stick?

RAM

As long as the memory voltage is correct it will run the memory at 333MHz. Check for a bios upgrade for the D845EPI.
