Reinstall windows.  it may be a virus disabled and destroyed the profile service, so even if you were to boot into safe mode and attempt to access windows services and turn it on and start it automatically, when you rebooted to normal operation, it would still tell you it wasn't working or that it was corrupt.  you can try a repair install and that could possibly get things back to normal, but not remove the virus.  for that, you will need to connect the hard drive to another uninfected computer and run a full scan.

When we type in password the following appears "the user profile service failed to login. User profile cannot be loaded

Either you made a mistake entering username and password or you have no right to access the computer. Try entering guest and no password.

My Acer Aspire 5630 laptop wont log in and is saying 'the user profile service failed the login. User Profile login cannot be loaded' when I enter my password

Hi there,
It seems that your profile got corrupt, simply login from the administrator account of your computer,
You can solve the issue by procedure below go to my computer>users>your profile> and copy all of your required data including outlook data if you are using to external drive or other partition (e.g D Drive) then delete the profile folder from your laptop from c:\users\your profile
restart your laptop and try to login again from your username/password, if it stills give the problem, Login via administrator account, go to Start>run> and type control userpasswords2 and press enter, here you will see your profile, simply delete your profile and restart again, when the computer boots up again it should show you your profile if not again login via administrator account and recreate your profile and restart your laptop
after you login to your account, simply copy your data back to its location
if you require more assistance feel free to reply to this post

I try to login and enter my correct password and it tells me user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded....

Could be the User Account is damaged. Can u click F8 on startup and sign on as administrator? If so, go into control panel and into users and create a new user then restart the computer and sign into this new account.

Then you should be able to go into you C drive and retrieve the documents from the damaged user account.

Let me know if I can be of any more help.

Hi! with respect to your words, we can clear two concepts those are, you can't login since "user profile failed" and you are no more since "user profile cannot be loaded", so we need to think about new account. please consider to enter the system in general way and later try to have new account with out error and have fine

The computer won't log me on.

Make a backup copy of all your data, including passwords, emails, settings, etc

Find another windows xp computer whether its a friends or another computer you have and get a memory stick or external hard drive ( which you will need ) on the working computer go into

c:\documents and settings

make a copy of the default user folder and copy that over the one on your laptop and try again.

I rebooted my system in 'safe mode' (which allowed me to login as
administrator), moved my files to the public area, and then deleted my
profile (using the Users option in Control Panel).

When I rebooted again, in normal mode, I could login as administrator, and
then moved my files back and rebuilt my profile manually.

The only problem was my forgetting about e-mail messages, which I did not
backup and have been lost permanently. Ug!!!

Acer aspire 5715z/5315 wont accept correct password

After 2hours i solved the problem by logging on as "administor"
and "restored System" by going to CONTROL PANEL / SystemMaintance\System and in "Tasks" selected 'System Protection' then clicked on the 'system restore'. The computer just down its thing -restarted its self back to 'user login' sccreen and I was then able to login again.
