Question about Kenmore 3.2 cu. Super Capacity Plus Top Load Washer
I need to know the exact cubic feet capacity for my Kenmore Model 11023712200; Series: CM1210071; Type: 111. It is labeled as a Kenmore 70 Series, heavy duty, super capacity, and 2-speed motor with 3-speed combinations. I have heard it is 3.2 cubic feet, 3.4 cubic feet, and 3.6 cubic feet, but I want to know the EXACT/CORRECT cubic feet capacity for this specific washing machine. (And I have my reasons for asking, but I shall refrain from rambling on here.) Please provide the exact cubic feet capacity. Please!

It came off of the Clyde, OH production line the 26'th week of 2001.
Amazing, ain't it? Seriously... the info is embedded in the serial number. Here's the link to the code sheet.
Please remember to rate this solution as "FixYa", OK?

First, see the Sears parts site for your washer:
Enter your model number (###.######) and you'll see a list of major sub-components with diagrams and parts.
It sounds as if your pump is bad.
See the following illustrated description of how to access and check / replace the pump.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I would think that sort of information would be on the manufacturer's plate, probably at the back, and/or in the manual.
If you have no manual you will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

For the slow water issue, you will need to replace the water inlet valve. Here is a link to the part.
Could you describe the noise and where it is coming from?
