Yes. download the file and solve the problem. However, I installed couple times to make it work. Here is what happened:
1. During the installation process, if you let the Quickcam to install every thing automatically. You will still get no image after installation.
2. I then, uninstall the software and re-install again with manual install. I UN-CHECK the the check of saying "Let Quickcam manage your VoIP " then, after installed and reboot, the system work perfect.
