Get into emergency recovery mode, most Androids use the up/down volume at the same time while turning it on. release the power button when it displays the first logo but keep the volume buttons down till you see the Android logo. volume down button to see the first menu read the screen follow the prompts for factory reset Plus wipe data. ****** warning: make sure your battery is fully charged before doing this *********
