Question about Computers & Internet
We have not have phone service(Vonage) for three days, because we can not access the internet. I spoke with the internet provider(comcast), and picked up a new modem today. However, as long as I by-pass the router, I can get on the interenet, but I still don't have phone service. If I connect the router, it will not allow me to access the internet. I am VERY VERY frustrated.

Allright no problem it seems your router has to be configured for ur new modem now.. reset yoyr router and reconfig or else mention the model of ur router so that i could give u a clear solution, or else contact ur router vendor to set it up..

You 100% sure the Ethernet cables are in the right ports?
What kind of router do you have?
