Question about Dell E773C 17" CRT Monitor
I have recently moved and when my desktop is on-the display sometimes flickers. i have tried to fix it using the buttons under the dell logo on the front bottom of the monitor and have even gone into the graphics properties but nothing seems to fix it.
thank you in advance for any ideas on how to fix this.
This is most likely caused by small power fluctuations in the power board due to some capacitors that are failing. It is a common fault with LCD monitors and is easy to fix if you have some electronic knowledge.
If not, then I advise you to take it to your local TV tech and have them replace the caps.
They should not charge alot..it's a 15 minute job.
Hope that helps =)
