If that doesn't help remove the app and do a fresh re-install from the app store. In-App purchases can be restored. I'm not sure if you retain your game status - again i'm not a gamer.

you usally need to charge new out of box tablets for 24hrs before activating them. Not sure why they dont run / charge faster off USB or AC power. If it still wont let u in on back is a pin hole for resetting back to factory. BUT first remove any SD or USB apters,,

Touch and hold app to move until it starts to jiggle.Drag app to bottom of screen placing with other apps ,scroll screen to home screen,take app from bottom and move to home screen.Apps can be moved to any screen as long as they jiggle.
