Question about HP DesignJet 750c plus InkJet Printer
Color won't print! I have a HP 650C which is very similar to the HP 750C. everything was working fine. I let it sit for a couple of months. Yesteday I tried to plot but it will not plot any color. one at aq time I've placed the color cartridges in the black position and each will print there. I run a continuity check with all cartridges in place and they all show continuity. Irun a cartridge check and they all fail including the black which prints. Can someone help me?
I stand corrected, but this sounds strange. The black cartrige on a 650c is a no40, the colors are No50. It is impossible to place a color cartrige in the black posotion. You must remove all your cartriges and wipe them off at the bottom with a very hot wet cloth (not boiling) Let them stand on the wet cloth for quite some time and then give them a good shake (dont be shy). Be VERY careful not to get ink on your clothes or nearby objects. Once you have done this wipe them down again with a dry lint free cloth or tissue paper and try again.
