NOTE: This mouse never came with any software in the first place.
To get the mouse to work again proceed as follows:
Open Control Panel > Bluetooth Devices>Select VPG-BMS33 >Bluetooth Settings>Options> place a tick in the "Allow
Bluetooth devices to find this computer">Apply>OK then close the open window.
The mouse should now work.
If this does not fix the problem then try this:
Go to Control Panel click on Bluetooth devices. Select VGP-BM133 (your mouse) then select Remove Wireless Device. After it has been removed NOW Select Add Wireless Device ( your computer will search for the mouse) When it finds it and it appears in the window, select it and then select Next. The computer will load the drivers for it and after you close the window the mouse should work.
Note often when my mouse has stopped working it has been because the batteries were flat and all the above fixes would be to no avail.
