Which brake line goes to which which wheel from the master cylinder?

Not familiar with this model, but most cars have only one output and one return line to/from the master cylinder. The output line usually goes to a proportioner valve downstream from the master cylinder. This valve applies more pressure sooner to the rear wheels, then to the front. This prevents "fishtailing" when braking hard. If you follow the forward-most line away from the master cylinder, you'll probably encounter a block where this line feeds in and two or four lines feed out. That's the proportioner valve.

I have a 1995 dodge ram 2500 cummins the abs and brake lights are on and the cruise control is not working? I have replaced the master cylinder and the speed sensor in the rear axle

The warning lights mean there should be a trouble code stored in the body computer. I would start there.
When the ABS system is inop it may prevent the cruise from working too. Sometimes a hydraulic brake system failure will turn the ABS light on too. After repairs you would need to scan the system to turn the light off with most vehicles.
Are the brake lights in the rear of the truck staying on ?

1992 MALLARD SPORT RV ON OSKOSH CHASSIS - Dodge 360 Front brakes come on by themselves, bleed them, problem continues sometimes in 2 blocks, sometimes in 5-100 miles. Replaced front calipers, pads and...

That sounds to me like a problem with the power brake booster unit or the master cylinder, the wrong master cylinder could be installed, and this could happen if the plunger rod from the vacuum booster unit is too long for the opening on the rear of the master cylinder, that is why any time that a master cylinder is replaced to be certain that the depth of the plunger valve in the rear of the master cylinder is the same as the original part that was removed. Also the brake booster itself could be malfunctioning and activating the brakes with just the engine vacuum.

New master cylinder and booster. Brakes stop good

Well if you have bled it correctly starting at the farthest out(PS Side Rear) and working to the closest(DR Side Front) and you make sure to close the bleeder valve before letting up and repumping the peddel,then I would say that the seals in your new master cylinder may be bad.When you bled the second or third time if there was no air then I would say you have a bad master cylinder.If there was air then you have another problem.Well hope this helps and good luck.

When useing a rear disc brake conversion kit on 1996 dodge 2500 do you need to change the master cylinder ?

No you do not need to change the master cylinder if the conversion kit is made for this car.
Just will definately need to bleed the master cyclinder if the fluid level becomes empty. Otherwise the pressure is the same.

If you want more info on this, you can view here;
